We are very proud of our blends. We look for coffees from around the world that enhance each other and then roast each to its special needs. We then blend them together for a Unique and totally awesome flavor combination. The flavors of our blended coffees are as varied as the types of coffee that make up each blend. Bright and smoky with a spicy aroma.
Our House Blend is the classic signature blend at the Jackson Coffee Co. It is served in our stores every day because it is our most popular coffee. For those trying our coffee for the first time, it’s the best place to start. This full roast delivers a perfume aroma, full body, chocolaty taste along with a resonant finish. These features are why this coffee continues to earn the deserved reputation as benchmark for Jackson’s “Best Coffee“. All coffee is roasted AFTER you order and shipped within 24 hours.
Breakfast Blend
Breakfast Blend is one of our most popular blends. It has a rich taste and medium acidity. We think you’ll find this blend to be balanced and smooth. Although it says Breakfast Blend, it is also the perfect dessert coffee.
Black and Tan
Black & Tan is our signature blend. It was created by our Roastmaster, Robert Ernst, as a homage to those who enjoy a darker, but yet smooth, cup of coffee. Primarily a dark roast blend combining Ethiopian Yirgacheffe or Harrar (50% dark roasted) and Organic Mexican (50% light roasted). All these roasts, from darkest to lightest, are carefully blended in proper proportions to complement one another, producing a deep, rich, complex coffee. This is not recommended for espresso makers, but rather, produces a nice cup with a drip filter.
